There is a greater darkness than the one we fight. It is the darkness of the soul that has lost its way. The war we fight is not against powers and principalities, it is against chaos and despair. Greater than the death of flesh is the death of hope, the death of dreams. Against this peril we can never surrender. The future is all around us, waiting, in moments of transition, to be born in moments of revelation. No one knows the shape of that future or where it will take us. We know only that it is always born in pain.  

Es gibt eine größere Dunkelheit als die, die wir bekämpfen! Es ist die Dunkelheit der Seele, die von ihrem Weg abgekommen ist! Der Krieg den wir führen richtet sich nicht gegen Großmächte oder Herrscher, sondern gegen Chaos und Verzweiflung. Viel schwerwiegender als der Tod der körperlichen Materie ist der Tod der Hoffnung, der Tod der Träume. Und vor dieser Gefahr dürfen wir niemals kapitulieren. Die Zukunft ist überall um uns herum. In der Phase des Übergangs wartet sie darauf, in der Phase der Erleuchtung neu geboren zu werden. Niemand weiss wie die Zukunft aussieht und wohin sie uns führen wird. Nur eines wissen wir: Sie wird stets unter Schmerzen geboren.


The past tempts us, the present confuses us and the future frightens us. - keep smiling, stay up and say loud everytime and everywhere: "and so it begins" ;-)  

Die Vergangenheit prägt uns, die Gegenwart verwirrt uns und die Zukunft ängstigt uns. Also immer schön lächeln und immer und überall laut und deutlich sagen "und so beginnt es". Sprich: Furcht beiseite, Augen zu und los ;-)


The theory is: if you are separated from yourself, you start walking and you keep walking until you meet yourself. Then you sit down and have a long talk. You talk about everything that you've learned, everything that you .. felt. And you talk until you run out of words. Now, that's vital, because the real important things can't be said. And then, if you are lucky, you look up and there's just you, and you can go home.
